Negroni

Campari, Martini Rosso, Tanqueray Ten Gin

Glass - Coupe

Ingredients

20mls Campari,

20mls Martini Rosso,

20mls Tanqueray Ten Gin

Mixology

Stir with ice 15 times 20mls Campari, 20mls Martini Rosso, and 20mls Tanqueray Ten Gin. Double Strained into a chilled Coupe Glass

Garnish: Orange Twist

Side: Sun-dried tomatoes, Mozzarella stuffed Black Olives

 


Old Fashioned

Woodfords Reserve Bourbon Whiskey, Angostura bitters, sugar cube, Maraschino Cherry,

Glass – Old Fashioned

Ingredients

60mls Woodfords Reserve Bourbon Whiskey,

Soak sugar cube with Angostura bitters,

1 sugar cube,

1 Maraschino Cherry,

2mls Maraschino Cherry Syrup

Mixology

Soak a Sugar Cube in Angostura bitters

In Old fashion Glass, crush Angostura-soaked sugar cube with 3mls of Maraschino Cherry Syrup. with a flat bottom bar spoon. 

Add 2 Ice cubes, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Stir, till ice settles 
Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Stir, till ice settles, 

Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Stir, till ice, settles, 
Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 1 Flamed orange Twist and a Maraschino cherry and Stir, till ice settles, 

 

Garnish Orange Twist

Side Figs and Walnuts

 



Mimosa

Champagne, Orange Juice

Glass – Champagne Flute

Ingredients

1 third of Glass filled with Fresh squeezed Orange Juice

Top with Champagne

Mixology

Fill 1 third of Glass with Fresh squeezed Orange Juice, top up with Champagne

Garnish: Orange wedge and Orange zest on a cocktail stick

Side: Orange wedges

 


Moscow Mule

Ketel One Vodka, Lime, Angostura Bitters, Ginger Beer

Glass - Copper Mug

Ingredients

60mls Ketel One Vodka,

30mls Lime juice,

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters,

Top with Ginger Beer

Mixology

Fill a Copper Mug with ice add directly into the glass, 60mls Ketel One Vodka, 30mls Lime juice,

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and top with Ginger Beer

Garnish: Lime

Side: noodles with Thai lemongrass, lime dressing
