Ingredients

60mls Prune and Walnut infused Bacardi 8 Rum, 

5mls Creme De Cacao

40mls Black spiced Tea

1 dash of Angostura Bitters

Glass

Martini

Mixology

Stir with ice, 60mls Prune and Walnut infused Bacardi 8 Rum, 5mls Creme De Cacao, 40mls Black spiced Tea, 1 dash of Angostura Bitters. Double strain into Chilled Martini Glass

Glenfiddich 12-year-Old single Malt Whisky, Pear, Lemongrass, Elderflower Syrup
Ingredients
60mls Glenfiddich 12-year-Old single Malt Whisky, 
Half a Pear, 
Half a Lemongrass stick, 
2mls Elderflower Syrup
Glass
Coupe

Mixology
Muddle Half a Pear, and Half a Lemongrass stick, add 60mls Glenfiddich 12-year-Old single Malt Whisky, 2mls Elderflower Syrup, Ice and Shake.

Double Strain into Coupe Glass.
Garnish
Slice of Pear and Small stick of Lemongrass

Yves Saint Laurent

Marigold Infused Hendricks Gin, St Clair Sauvignon Blanc, Cucumber, Melon Liqueur.

Ingredients
60mls Marigold Infused Hendricks Gin, 
20mls St Clair Sauvignon Blanc, 
1 slice Cucumber, 
5mls Melon Liqueur.
Glass
Martini
Mixology
Muddle 1 slice of Cucumber, add 60mls Marigold Infused Hendricks Gin, 
20mls St Clair Sauvignon Blanc, 5mls Melon Liqueur, and ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish
A long strip of Cucumber rolled up with Marigold on top.



CurryColada

Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Pineapple, Curry Leaf, Coconut Water,

Ingredients
60mls Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, 
3 chunks of Pineapple, 
5 ripped and Slapped Curry Leaves, 
80mls Coconut Water,
Glass
Highball
Mixology
Muddle 3 chunks of Pineapple, add 5 ripped and Slapped Curry Leaves, 80mls Coconut Water, 60mls Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, and Ice. Shake and Double Strain over ice into a Highball Glass.
Garnish
Pineapple Chunk and Curry Leaf





Seduction of the Queen

Hendricks Gin, Rose Tea, Fresh blueberries, Fresh Blackberries with a Strawberry Jam, Pepper rim

Glass - To be decided

Ingredients

60mls Hendricks Gin,

60mls Rose Tea,

6 Fresh blueberries,

4 Fresh Blackberries

Strawberry Jam,

Pepper rim

Mixology

Rim glass with Strawberry Jam and Cracked Black Pepper

Muddle 6 Fresh blueberries and 4 Fresh Blackberries add 60mls Hendricks Gin,

60mls Rose Tea, and shake with ice.

Double strain into a glass

Garnish: Red Rose,  Rose Tea Peddles on the side of the Glass and BlackBerries on Cocktail Stick

Side Berry tart

 


 

2 Sides one Heart

One side Ketel vodka and watermelon, Ground Pepper over the top. the other side Ketel One Vodka, Mint, Sugar syrup, Lime.

Glass: Martini

Ingredients

60mls One side Ketel vodka

3 chunks Watermelon,

2 grinds of Ground Pepper

12 Mint leaves,

15mls of Lime Juice

10mls Sugar syrup,

Mixology

Cut a slice of watermelon to divided Martini glass into 2 sides

In shaker 1 Muddle 3 chunks Watermelon and add 30mls of Ketel one Vodka

In shaker 2 add 12 Mint leaves, 10mls Sugar syrup, 15mls of Lime Juice and 30mls of Ketel One Vodka

Add ice to both shakers and shake. Double strain each shaker into either side of the Martini using a flat bottom bar spoon to Hold the Watermelon divider firmly in the centre.

Grind Black Pepper over the watermelon side

Garnish: watermelon wedge in the centre of the Glass, Mint sprig.

Side: watermelon Chunks with Ground Pepper on top

 

Accidently in Love



Mitchers Rye Whiskey, Tawney Port, Fernet Branca wash, Date Infused Lagavulin 16-year-old single Malt Whiskey, angostura bitters

Glass: Old fashioned

Ingredients

40mls Mitchers Rye Whiskey,

10mls Tawney Port,

Fernet Branca wash,

10mls Date Infused Lagavulin 16-year-old single Malt Whiskey,

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Mixology

Wash the Old-Fashioned Glass with Fernet Branca,

In mixing glass Stir 40mls Mitchers Rye Whiskey, 10mls Tawney Port, 10mls Date Infused Lagavulin 16-year-old single Malt Whiskey, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and ice

Double Strain Over ice into Fernet Branca washed Glass.

Garnish: Date on a Cocktail stick and Mint Sprig

Side: dates and Dark Chocolate

 


Long Engagement

Glenmorangie original Whiskey, Drambuie, Baked Guava, Roasted Cumin powder, Hibiscus tea

Glass - Coupe

Ingredients

50mls Glenmorangie Original Whiskey,

10mls Drambuie,

4 Baked Guava Chunks,

Quarter of bar spoon Roasted Cumin powder,

30mls Hibiscus tea

Mixology

Wipe 20% of the glass with Lime and sprinkle on cumin powder

Muddle 4 chunks of Baked Guava, add a quarter of a bar spoon of roasted Cumin powder, 30mls Hibiscus tea, 50mls Glenmorangie Original Whiskey, 10mls Drambuie, and Ice. Shake and double strain into a Coupe glass

Garnish: Hibiscus Flower, Cumin on side of Glass

Side: Baked Guava slices with Honey and Cumin
